another blog i'll forget about in 6 months.
Rogue Wave of Oakland, California became the unofficial “house band” of my former morning show (they were eventually supplanted by Airborne Toxic Event). We had them up a few times in our 2 years on the air.
Rogue Wave visited the studio in August of 2008, guitars in tow. They only thing lacking was percussion. Pat Spurgeon made due with a couple of coffee cans. Enjoy their sublime version of “Lake Michigan”, bird noises and all.
